Each steak is topped with fresh garlic butter and seasoned with original Saltgrass-7 steak spice for mouthwatering flavor. Favorites include Chicken Fried Steak, BBQ Baby Back Ribs and a dynamic seafood selection. The Chicken Laredo and Grilled Fresh-Cut North Atlantic Salmon are the juiciest around, and our shrimp is prepared fried, grilled, or BBQ enbrochette. A variety of appetizers, including signature Range Rattlers™ (jumbo fried jalapeños stuffed with whole shrimp and Jack cheese) and Queso Fresco with braised brisket are sure to feed a crowd. All breads, dressings, soups and desserts are made from scratch, including the signature Beer Bread and Two-Fork Cheese Cake.
