Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY: This Landry's, Inc. gift card (Card) may be applied toward the cost of food, beverage or retail merchandise at any Landry's, Inc. or affiliated location. Presentation of the Card is required for redemption. Each time you use this Card, we will deduct the amount of your purchase until the full value on the Card has been depleted. If the purchase exceeds the funds available on the Card, you must pay the difference at the time of purchase. The Card has no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for cash in any jurisdiction (except as prohibited by law) or in the state of New Jersey and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, altered or damaged. Because regular ground service provides NO guarantees, our online service can not be held liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders placed using the USPS ground option. Furthermore, orders are fulfilled to the address supplied on the shipping section of the invoice. Our online service will not be responsible for lost gift cards as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or other occurrences outside of our control. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon deposit in the US Mail or with USPS.

Due to the cash-like nature of gift cards or certificates, it is our recommendation that you choose a guaranteed method of shipping such as priority, 2nd day, or overnight delivery.

Moms, Dads & Grads Reward Card Promotion for Morton's Steakhouse

From May 1 to June 16, 2013, buy a $250 Morton's gift card and receive a $50 Morton's Reward Card!

  • Valid for purchases at any Morton's location in the US and for Morton's* gift card purchases made online at www.mortons.com.
  • Purchase Dates: Wednesday, May 1 – Sunday, June 16th 2013
  • Reward Card valid for use June 1 – Sept 2 2013 (not valid on Father's Day June 16, 2013).
  • For online purchases, the Reward Cards are sent via e-mail to the purchaser as e-reward card. (This is important to collect valid email addresses).
  • For online purchases, Reward cards will be issued within three business days of gift card purchase. Morton's cannot be held responsible for lost or undeliverable Reward Cards.
  • The Reward Cards are redeemable at Morton's U.S. locations only.
  • The cards may only be used one time, and only one card can be used per table, per visit. A minimum purchase of one adult entree is required.
  • Not valid on purchases over $500.

*Promotion is valid only for gift cards with the Morton's branded gift card. Not valid for corporate branded cards or Upload-Your-Own-Photo gift cards.
