M&S has become a leader is sustainable fresh fish, proprietary oysters, savory steaks, beyond organic vegetables, and unique tableside cocktails. The new menus feature an array of delicious items including the brandís inaugural Oysterology program, a variety of raw and hot oysters with innovative toppings and flavors.
The M&S signature oysters, Johnny Shucks & Cali Kumo are harvested from a proprietary oyster beds practicing restorative oyster farming. Adding to the innovative seafood program, guests will find fresh, sustainable fish such as Pacifico True-Striped Bass, Sixty South Pure Antarctic Salmon, Hawaiian Seafood, and Open Blue Caribbean Cobia. Guests can also enjoy savory sides from the M&S vegetable program, which incorporates beyond organic vegetables from the award-winning Chefís Garden in Milan, Ohio. These new programs focus on seafood and produce that is not only healthier for the guest but healthier for the planet.
