W-2 Information

Morton's Employees

W-2’s for all active and inactive Morton’s employees were mailed to each employee’s home address. Those who worked between January 1, 2012 and March 31, 2012 will receive a separate W-2 for this time frame only. If you worked during first quarter and after, you will receive a 2nd W-2 for all earnings after March 31, 2012.

If you did not receive your W-2, contact Landry’s to have another one sent to you.  All requests must be submitted in writing as follows:

All written requests must include your full name, correct address and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.  Requests that do not include this information will not be considered.

McCormick & Schmick’s Employees

Active employee’s W-2’s were sent to their store location. W-2s not picked up by February 6th will be mailed to the employee’s home address. Inactive employee’s W-2’s were mailed to their home address. All W-2’s were produced by Infosync (payroll processor). Infosync will not reissue or handle corrections to W-2’s until after February 15, 2013. To request a reissue or correction, contact Infosync at (855) 685-1622 and supply your complete name, phone number and the state you are/were employed in.

All Employees Excluding Morton’s and McCormick & Schmick’s

Active employees’ W-2’s were sent to their store location. W-2s that were not picked up at the store by January 31st were mailed to the employee’s home address. W-2s for inactive employees were mailed from the Corporate office to the last known home address on file.

Reissues

To have your W-2 reissued, you can access the JAT Services website at www.eprintview.com. JAT’s website offers immediate access for viewing and printing W-2 forms for current and past years.

You may also contact JAT’s call center at 1-866-923-6767 (toll-free) to request that a copy of your W-2 be sent by mail for current and past years.

For both the JAT website and call center, you will be asked to provide the following information for verification purposes:

  • Login ID - your Social Security Number (without spaces or dashes)
  • Password - Date of Birth in "MM/DD/YY" format (example 06/26/71)
  • Employer Pin - 1952

Once logged in to the website you will be prompted to change your password from your birth date to a unique password of your choosing.

For corrections only (not reissues), send your written request as follows:
